What’s Included

This service includes direct communication with our hotel partners to confirm availability, secure your preferred dates and rates, and handle the details for you—saving you time and avoiding unnecessary back-and-forth.

When availability allows, we’ll also arrange your stay so you can stay in the same room throughout your visit, without needing to move at the start or end of the trip.

What’s Not Included

The nightly room rate at Park Plaza Vondelpark is not included. We’ll coordinate any additional nights for you and securely arrange payment using the credit card you provide.

Any personal charges or incidentals incurred during your stay will be billed to your credit card by the hotel.

Please note: Park Plaza Vondelpark is a boutique property and tends to fill quickly, particularly during tulip season. We recommend requesting extra nights as early as possible.
