Amsterdam: Extra Nights Coordination
Planning to arrive early or linger a bit longer in Amsterdam? We’re happy to coordinate additional nights at Hotel Arena before or after the group experience.

What’s Included
This service includes direct communication with our hotel partners to confirm availability, secure your preferred dates and rates, and handle the details for you—saving you time and avoiding unnecessary back-and-forth.
When availability allows, we’ll also arrange your stay so you can stay in the same room throughout your visit, without needing to move at the start or end of the trip.
What’s Not Included
The nightly room rate at Hotel Arena is not included. Once we’ve coordinated your extra nights, you’ll reserve and pay for your room directly with the hotel.
Any personal charges or incidentals incurred during your stay will be billed to your credit card by the hotel.
Please note: Hotel Arena is a boutique property and tends to fill quickly, particularly during tulip season. We recommend requesting extra nights as early as possible.
Why There’s a Fee
Coordinating extra nights involves more than a quick email—checking availability, aligning your stay with the group dates, and minimizing room changes all take time and care. This small service fee allows us to manage those details on your behalf, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

You’re welcome to do so. Simply contact Hotel Arena directly and let them know you’re traveling with the Travel & Culture Salon group.
A quick note: Booking through third-party sites or the hotel’s public website may result in higher rates or a required room change. Reaching out to the hotel directly is usually the smoothest option.
