We offer three levels of service depending on how much support you need:
TIER 1: Travel Consultation
A focused 45-minute one-on-one planning session for early-stage ideas or destination questions. Receive tailored guidance on timing, neighborhoods, cultural experiences, and key considerations, followed by a brief written summary to help shape your next steps with confidence.Cost: $95
TIER 2: Itinerary + Booking (Short Trips, up to 4 days)
Perfect for long weekends and simple city escapes. This tier includes a custom day-by-day itinerary, hotel and activity bookings, a curated restaurant list, and one round of refinements. Delivered as a polished PDF, it’s a seamless way to enjoy a beautifully organized 3–4 day getaway.Cost: $350
TIER 3: Signature Itinerary + Booking (5–10 days or Multi-City)
Perfect for travelers planning a longer getaway or a multi-city journey. This tier includes a custom 5–10 day itinerary with hotel and activity bookings, a clear daily structure, and planning tailored to the style of trip you want—whether you’re dreaming of a beach escape, a ski holiday, a national park adventure, a safari, a cultural city trip, or a little of everything. It can also accommodate special occasions such as honeymoons and small-group travel. You’ll receive attentive support throughout the planning process, including revisions as needed and an optional pre-departure call, with your final itinerary delivered as a polished PDF.Cost: $650 - $2,000

Yes! I’m happy to handle all the extras that make a trip seamless and special—from airport transfers and train tickets to guided tours, cooking classes, museum reservations, and more. Whether it’s logistics or experiences, I’ve got you covered.

I don’t book flights directly for clients, and here’s why:
Airline partnerships with travel advisors vary widely, and while I can sometimes secure excellent fares, I’m not able to book Basic Economy. That fare class comes with significant restrictions and carve-outs that prevent me from advocating on your behalf if anything changes with your trip.
I’m happy to book Premium Economy and above, where flexibility, support, and occasional fare advantages are possible. For Basic Economy, it’s typically easiest—and often cheapest—to book directly.
If you’re using airline points or miles, that can also be a great value, and I’m always happy to advise on route options, timing, or which airports make the most sense for your trip.

No. Airbnb does not work with travel advisors, and I would have no channel to advocate for you if anything were to go awry or not meet quality standards.
However, I can book private homes, condos, villas, etc. with options all over the world that are professionally managed (so no surprises!).

Yes and no. Hotels will not offer perks and VIP upgrades with points booking. What I recommend is booking your flights with points and then letting me handle the rest!

Absolutely. When we book on your behalf, we include any applicable rewards or honors program member numbers. That way, you'll receive any perks from your existing status, as well as earn any applicable points.

Planning travel – if you have a lot of time – can be fun. It’s what we do!
But you’ll still benefit from using a Fora Advisor. Tell me the hotels you’re interested in and I’ll book them for you so you get perks such as free breakfast, a room upgrade, early check-in or late check-out, at no extra cost to you.
Plus I’ll let you know if my network has any intel on the property that may not be obvious online (like the fact that the room you requested looks onto a wall). It’s like having a best friend who works in travel, and can help you plan your dream trip. -
